HELP accepts, inspects, and sanitizes new and gently used home medical equipment and unused health supplies to share with those in need.
Donate your no-longer-needed medical equipment in the Omaha / Council Bluffs area, including wheelchairs, hospital beds, walkers, patient lifts, incontinence products, unused feeding tube supplies, and more. Please reference the list below regarding items we can not accept and feel free to contact us with questions. See what kinds of items we typically accept.
Donations We Can’t Accept
Due to health and safety concerns, we can not accept the following medical equipment.
- Tracheotomy Supplies
- Diabetic Supplies
- C-Pap/Bi-Pap Machines*
*Sealed masks and tubing can be accepted.
- Broken Equipment
- Open Packages of Any Kind
- Anything with Smoke or Urine Odor

Medical Equipment Donation Pickup
Pickup of larger items is available for the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro area and nearby communities for a reasonable fee based on round-trip mileage.
