HELP offers a broad array of gently used medical equipment for long-term rental at up to 80% less than retail pricing, along with low-cost health supplies and nutritional supplements.

The medical equipment and supplies listed below are typically in stock, but because donations comprise HELP’s inventory, demand may occasionally outpace supply. Likewise, some items not listed below may be available. We recommend calling ahead so one of our friendly staff members can check current inventory for you.

Most of our equipment can be rented for up to one year from the date the rental fee and applicable deposits are paid.

Who’s eligible to use the medical equipment?

Anyone! There are no qualifications or income restrictions to use our service. And no appointment is necessary. You can simply stop by and let us know what you need!

What if I only need equipment on a short-term basis?

HELP’s rental program offers the perfect alternative to purchasing equipment for a shorter-term use. Why buy an expensive piece of equipment when it’s needed only while recuperating?

What happens if I need still need the equipment after the due date?

No problem! After your loan term is up (1 year), you will have the option to return the equipment or renew and rent it for another year.

Do you have other home-care items available in addition to medical equipment?

Absolutely! We also have adult briefs, ostomy supplies, first-aid supplies and nutritional supplements for purchase. Donations of such items are also greatly appreciated!

Is the medical equipment clean and safe to use?

Yes. All donated equipment goes through an inspection process for safety and functionality. Then, it is cleaned and sanitized using a bio-degradable, environment-friendly sanitizer.

Do you buy or consign equipment?

Does HELP work with insurance companies?

We do not accept any insurance nor do we work with Medicaid or Medicare. HELP offers an affordable alternative for those who are not insured or under-insured, whose coverage will not cover equipment costs, or who need equipment immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).

What states do you serve?

Anyone from any state is eligible to rent equipment or purchase items from HELP. Delivery and pick-up for larger items is available for the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro area and nearby communities.

Do you accept medical equipment donations?

Yes! All items must be in good working condition for us to accept as a donation. Donors will receive a written itemized receipt to use for their documentation.

We are NOT able to accept equipment that’s defective, customized or non-medical. Read more about our donation guidelines.

All donated equipment goes through an inspection process for safety and functionality. Then, it is cleaned and sanitized using a bio-degradable, environment-friendly sanitizer.
