When care needs change, HELP offers trusted support and advice regarding next steps in long-term care, including in-home care and referrals to assisted living facilities and nursing homes in Douglas and Sarpy counties. We support all Nebraska residents regardless of income, including Medicaid recipients.

What You Can Expect
During your cosultation, we’ll help assess your needs and talk through care options tailored to you or your loved one’s situation. These may include a doctor’s evaluation, in-home services, or long-term care communities. Nursing centers provide around-the-clock medical care, while assisted living offers non-medical daily support such as meals, bathing, and other personal needs. HELP can also accompany you on tours.
